Why not just train ChatGPT myself?
You can. Most people give up after the second iteration because the right structure isn't obvious. I do this every day — most projects ship in 5 days because I've done the same shape 50 times.
GPT vs Claude vs API agent — which one?
Depends on data sensitivity, output volume, and whether your team needs it embedded in tools. We pick on the scoping call. GPT is fastest for solo. API agent is best for embedded/team.
Can the GPT access my files / Drive / Notion?
Yes, via knowledge base upload (50 doc upsell) or a Claude API agent with file-upload tool-use. Live integration to Drive/Notion requires the API agent tier.
What about data privacy?
Custom GPTs in your ChatGPT Plus/Team workspace stay in your workspace. Claude API agents stay in your account. I never store your docs after delivery.
Will it stay accurate?
AI drift is real. The retainer ($497/mo) includes monthly tuning. Or you self-tune — I include the source system prompt.
What if it doesn't work for my use case?
Scoping call is free. If I can't build something that saves you 3+ hours/week, I tell you on the call and you don't pay.
